We strive to provide reliable Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Hosting uptime and availability depend on various factors outside our control.
8. Limitation of Liability

- SpacexCat shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our Services.
- Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
